Case Manager – U.S. Medical Operations Project

The role focuses on reviewing documentation, coordinating case activities, monitoring progress, ensuring accurate information flow, and supporting the efficient management of medical cases. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize medical and administrative documentation
• Coordinate case-related activities across multiple stakeholders
• Track case progress and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems
• Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and team members. Identify missing information and facilitate resolution of documentation gaps
• Support operational teams in managing case timelines and priorities
• Assist with data verification and quality review processes

Requirements:

• 5 or 6 year of university education in a healthcare-related field
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with documentation, coordination tasks, and operational processes
• Availability to work in-office from 18:00–02:00
