Call Center Operator (Customer Surveys, English or Spanish)

We are looking for a Call Center Operator to conduct customer surveys with English- or Spanish-speaking clients.
This position does not involve sales — only collecting opinions and feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls using a prepared client database
• Conducting customer surveys based on a predefined script
• Collecting and accurately recording customer responses
• Maintaining polite, clear, and professional communication
• Submitting completed surveys to the internal team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills and clear speaking voice
• Conversational level of English or Spanish
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and responsibility
• Sales experience is not required

Working conditions:

• Office-based position in the center of Chisinau
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
• No overtime
