Director of IT Operations

As part of our dedication to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Director of IT Operations to lead our IT Department.
 
Key responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and ensure timely delivery of services;
• Develop and implement internal processes and protocols to streamline IT operations and enhance efficiency;
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with their business objectives;
• Oversee the execution of IT projects, including system migrations, software implementations, and infrastructure upgrades;
• Analyze IT performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed;
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends;
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and security standards to safeguard data and IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT teams and delivering projects on time and within budget;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong team relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, including cloud technologies.
• Experience working in the telecom industry or with telecom IT solutions is a PLUS.
• Self-starter and proactive personality.
