AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our friendly and dynamic team.

What we are looking for:

• 4-5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong Python skills.
• Experience working with AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, or similar AI-powered solutions.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (preferably Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools)
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS (deployment experience is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Experience working with Scrum or other agile methodologies
• Previous experience collaborating with clients or external stakeholders
• Good level of English (written and spoken)

Bonus:

• Experience at a consultancy or agency
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, or GDPR in the context of AI
