US Express Carriers LLC - an American trucking company is looking for an After-Hours Manager.

Requirements:

• Very high negotiation and communication skills
• Advanced English speaker
• Knowledge of Driver's HOS hours of service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
• Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result-oriented in non-standard situations
• Attentive in detail, responsible, and focus minded
• Desire to develop, grow, and work in a team
• Able to work in a specific time frame 23:00 to 8:00 am
• Rest days: Tuesday and Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to truck drivers (directional guidance, location updates, booking cargoes, transmitting information to the warehouse for the next day, communicating with drivers)
• Calculating the driver's route and verifying if the cargo was delivered on time.
• Record and report all the cases
• Constant Customer Care Service
