Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote assistance to resolve operational issues and respond to inquiries
• Communicate clearly and professionally, demonstrating strong English proficiency
• Guide team members and partners through complex or time-sensitive situations
• Accurately document interactions, actions taken, and resolutions for internal records

Requirements:

• Fluent English skills with clear and effective communication
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Minimum 1 year of experience in After-Hours support or a similar role
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM (Moldova Time)
