Accounting / Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our growing trucking company team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare driver payroll statements using Ditat software
- Calculate trips, miles, and driver payments
- Add and track expenses, reimbursements, and deduction
- Review settlements for accuracy
- Explain deductions, expenses, and weekly settlements clearly
- Maintain organized payroll records and reports

Requirements:
- Experience in trucking/logistics payroll preferred
- Knowledge of Ditat software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Intermediate-advanced English
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
