Job Description
We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience working with cold and large-scale email databases.
The goal of this role is to build and maintain a sustainable cold email channel where messages consistently reach recipients while protecting sender and domain reputation when operating at scale.
If you care not only about “sending campaigns,” but about understanding how volume, lists, content, and frequency impact deliverability, key metrics, and overall performance — this role is for you.
What you will do:
Plan and launch large-scale email and SMS campaigns for cold and high-volume databases
Set up and maintain email infrastructure and templates to ensure messages are delivered correctly
Segment databases and prepare them for different outreach scenarios to reach the right audiences
Create email and SMS copy and structure for various campaigns, including localizations
Run test sends and perform pre-launch checks before mass campaigns
Monitor deliverability and engagement metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly
Maintain database hygiene and suppression lists to ensure emails are sent only to valid addresses
Track campaign results, analyze list performance, and use data insights to continuously improve outreach
Requirements:
Proven experience working with cold and large email databases, including mass campaigns and domain/IP warm-up
Strong understanding of email deliverability and factors affecting inbox vs. spam placement
Experience with list segmentation, list hygiene, and suppression/blacklists
Ability to monitor key email metrics and optimize campaigns for stable, long-term performance
Hands-on experience with ESP/EMS platforms and campaign tracking setup
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze list and campaign effectiveness
High attention to detail and discipline in following sending limits and internal processes
Knowledge of basic email technical configurations and ability to coordinate with IT / DevOps teams
