Dispatcher / logistics coordinator

Looking for a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to start immediately.

Work from home.

Working in US market.

Ability to dispatch 6-7 Trucks (R, V);

Looking a long term person, serious, honest, dynamic, problem solver, stress resistant and self-motivated;

Requirements:
-Good English;
-Must have Experience, knowing the Market and rates;
-Must have good PC and Internet;
-Must be responsable, self-organized, hardworking, honest, and multitasking!

Working schedule: 2 PM- 12 AM Chisinau time.

Weekly pay;

First week will get trained, will assist the Dispatcher to learn the job and to get used with the system and our method, but also with the drivers. When ready, will start to take loads and Dispatch, according to gained skills;
After training, will get into full term position.

Salary:
-Addapting period (first week): $100 /week;

-First 2 Weeks: $250 / week

-After 2 Wees: $350 / week

-After 3 Months: $400 /week

Payment:

-Weekly Payment;
-Friday is made the statement for previous week;
-Payment made 3 days after statemtnt, to your bank acount (MD or US)
