Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Designer UI/UX (30,000 - 35,000 MDL NET). The Designer will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces, designing engaging user experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure products are visually appealing, functional, and intuitive.

What We’re Looking For
A UI/UX designer who can work on complex tools (3D editor, logic builder, CMS, dashboards) and knows how to use AI design & development tools to speed up workflows. Someone with strong system thinking, clean UI style, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Design user flows and interfaces for the Treedis platform (3D editor, logic builder, asset manager, dashboard).
Build clean, scalable design systems and components.
Work with engineering to ensure designs map correctly into React components.
Use AI tools to accelerate design and development (Figma-to-code, v0, Builder.io, AI asset generation).
Create intuitive flows for complex tasks and simplify high-level functionality.
Maintain well-structured Figma files and document design decisions.

Required Skills

Solid UI/UX design experience (SaaS or complex tools preferred).
Strong understanding of component-based design, responsive layouts, and clean visual hierarchy.
Experience designing dashboards or multi-step tools (editors, builders, CMS, automations).
Basic awareness of 3D interaction patterns (camera controls, object selection, scene layers).
Ability to translate design into developer-friendly structures.
Familiar with AI-assisted design + development tools: Figma-to-codev0.dev / Builder.io Midjourney / Gemini / DALL·EAI-based UI generation & iteration
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complexity.

Nice to Have

Experience with no-code tools or automation builders.
Understanding of logic flows (IF → THEN).
Familiarity with Three.js / WebGL limitations (high level).
Experience designing AI-powered features (recommendations, editing, generative tools).
