Key results and contributions:

• Led the development of the Agricultural Innovation and Digital Transformation Roadmap, providing strategic guidance for modernization of agricultural value chains through technology adoption, best practices uptake and ecosystem development.
• Coordinated design and delivery of Digital Technology in Agriculture Modules, increasing awareness and technical capacity of agricultural stakeholders regarding precision agriculture, pest control, meteo monitoring, productivity enhancement, profitability growth and sustainability through digital solutions.

IV. Sustainable model of waste management with prior focus on selective waste collection at source and organic waste recovery, promoting circular economy approaches, winner of Fast Track Challenge Program within Green City Project by GEF&UNDP (2019 edition), beneficiary - SC Fetescu X, brand "VerdeGo".

• Assisting the project planning process and coordinating timely implementation of the "Sustainable Water Management in the Lăpușna Hydrographic Sub-Basin" activities, ensuring effective communication between stakeholders.
