Truck Driver Recruiter

Location: TRACOM Industrial Park

Schedule: Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Compensation

• $800 base salary (includes your first 2 hires)
• $250 commission for each additional driver hired
• Unlimited earning potential based on your performance

About the Role
We're looking for a confident, motivated communicator to join our Driver Recruiting team. This is a sales-focused role where you'll recruit CDL drivers across the U.S. by building relationships, creating urgency, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to qualified driver leads
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries
• Build rapport with drivers and present the opportunity
• Handle objections and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process
• Follow up consistently through calls and texts
• Guide drivers through every step of the hiring process
• Collect required information and coordinate with the Safety team
• Maintain accurate notes and manage your recruiting pipeline

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking on the phone and comfortable handling objections
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
