Travel Operations Agent

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Operations Agent to handle ticket issuance and post-booking processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Issue award tickets, web bookings, and upgrades
- Process exchanges and refunds in accordance with airline policies
- Assign post-sale services (seats, meals, check-in, etc.)
- Work directly with airlines via online systems or phone
- Handle ticketing tasks without customer communication and/or GDS usage

Requirements
- Good English skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under time pressure
- Responsible, organized, and process-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in online travel booking (GDS, airline or OTA environment) would be an advantage
