Technical Support Specialist
We are looking for Technical Support Specialist who will be involved in delivering outstanding service in a dynamic and fast paced environment, working with the latest technologies. You will be offered to apply to the fullest your understanding customers’ needs and providing valuable support skills.
Responsibilities
- end-user support in using, setting up and upgrading customer’s applications;
- helping clients in identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer’s applications;
- collaborating with developers in troubleshooting and bug fixing when needed;
- managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date;
- maintaining and updating the company website with as little as tech tips and briefs, and as much as fully rounded documents and procedures.
Requirements
- proven experience in IT customer services and support operation related field, includdding application support management and/or quality assurance;
- sound understanding of web technologies and software issues to enable discussions with internal and external key stakeholders;
- strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
- excellent written and verbal English.
Will be an asset
- university degree in Computer Science or IT;
- familiar with front-end development, web design or software development process.
