Team-Leader [Sales] [Chat] [Remote]

We’re a chat team working with B2C clients. We work from home (remotely). Our sales team is looking for an English speaking sales team-leader.

We’re interested in someone who is ambitious, willing to learn a lot about sales and wants to earn money by making his/her salespeople successful. Your motto should be success through coaching.

Requirements:

• English at a B2 level or higher
• 6 months+ of management experience
• 6 months+ of experience in a sales position is an advantage
• Will be a plus Speaking Spanish or French

Main responsibilities:

• Live coaching (tips, advice, say that, say this) your agents as they talk to customers in the chat
• Conducting 1-on-1s where you coach, provide feedback, give advice, talk about motivation & performance
• Conducting regular remote meetings that are genuinely fun and useful
• Taking responsibility for the quality of work and reputation of your team. Enforcing workflows, rules, quality control
• Cultivating a team culture of honesty, fun and genuine responsibility
• Constantly learning about sales & teaching it
