Team Lead HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support HR Head in daily operations and strategic HR initiatives;
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development projects;
• Analyze and improve HR processes;
• Promote company culture and engagement;
• Partner with department heads and management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience (preferably Consulting)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and team leadership;
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
• English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate+).
