Requirements:

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive for about 5 years
• Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Advanced English Level
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Degree in HR or related field advantageous
• People oriented and results driven
• Proficient in the use of social media,job boards, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Slack

Responsibilities:

• Consistently sourcing and recruiting excellent staff
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
• Training, counseling and coaching our staff
• Overseeing and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Ensuring human resource policy awareness
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
• Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Conducting performance and wage reviews
• Creating clear and concise reports
• Giving helpful and engaging presentations to staff and management
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management requirements
