Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET 10 (ASP.NET API / MVC);
- Define and own architectural decisions, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability of solutions;
- Lead a team of developers: task planning, technical guidance, and delivery ownership;
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices;
- Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable source code;
- Ensure proper unit and integration testing coverage;
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams;
- Mentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional growth;
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve development processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 4+ years of professional experience with .NET, including experience in a Senior or Team Lead role;
- Higher education in ICT or a related field;
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET (Web API, MVC);
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL (DML, DDL, ACID, query optimization);
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL;
- Solid experience in Web Services development (REST, SOAP, WCF);
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective backend–frontend collaboration;
- Experience designing and working with microservices architecture;
- Proficient with GIT and collaborative development workflows;
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines;
- Working knowledge of Docker (Containers, Images, Dockerfile, Docker Compose); Helm is a plus;
- Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm) is a plus; Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools is a plus;
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive technical decisions;
- Experience with Quartz.NET or Hangfire will be an advantage.
