FULL STACK DEVELOPER DESCRIPTION
Full Stack Professionals build the front-end and back-end design of websites and software applications. They create design plans for the user-facing side of applications, which controls look, feel, and function.
They also structure the back part of an application, which manages program logic and server database interaction. A Full Stack Professional is trained to understand what is going on between these two interfaces and possesses the variety of software skills needed to work on both. People with a strong desire to learn a multitude of technologies and programming languages with a can-do attitude will thrive in this role. Full Stack Professionals are problem-solvers, working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment alongside other engineers.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement backend services using Kotlin or Java.
Collaborate with frontend developers or implement frontend features in React.
Develop APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party systems.
Participate in proof of concepts (PoCs) and assist in complex feature development.
Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of backend systems.
Write unit and integration tests for backend components.
Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth deployments.

FULL STACK DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS

7+ years of experience.
Graduate of a systems engineering degree or similar.
Hands-on experience with Kotlin or Java.
Experience with Quarkus or Spring Boot frameworks.
Strong experience with React, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture.
Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CSS frameworks, and responsive design principles.
Experience integrating React with backend APIs (REST and GraphQL).
Strong knowledge of micro-frontends.
Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience with Reactive Programming paradigms.
Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Strong knowledge of microservices and API design.
Knowledge of frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools for coding.
Advanced English (required).
