Responsibilities

• Train and support agents, guiding them toward strong performance and results
• Enforce company rules and guidelines
• Monitor and control the quality of your team’s work
• Take full responsibility for team performance and outcomes

Work Conditions

• Salary from $1,500 to $3,000+, depending on performance (negotiable)
• Paid vacation - 28 days per year
