Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through outbound sales calls
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Negotiate freight rates and close deals
• Coordinate shipments and provide updates to customers
• Develop and manage customer accounts
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of English
• Previous logistics experience is an advantage
