Sales Agent (no experience required)

To support our growth, we are looking for a B2B Sales Agent who will engage with new business clients in the logistics (trucking) industry, helping them understand our services and develop long-term partnerships with our company.

About You

• No experience required - we will teach you everything!
• Recent graduate or early in your career and eager to grow
• Confident speaking English (B2+)
• Knowledge of Russian and Romanian is a plus
• Comfortable making cold calls (calling business owners who don’t expect it), writing emails, and sending messages to busy people who may not expect your contact but can quickly become interested

Responsibilities

• Talk to new clients! Answer calls, emails and texts (instagram/facebook) from new customers and explain our services in simple, clear terms. (We will teach you everything you need to know!)
• Follow-up. Regularly call new customers back, text them, find out if they’re ready to move forward with our services, schedule meetings between clients and our CEO.
• Contact other potential clients – through cold emails, cold messaging on linkedin, cold calls. We’ll provide you with the contacts!
• Track leads. Keep track of every single client, write down notes, fill your weekly report.

Work Schedule
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Alternative schedules available if desired:
5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
