Sales Agent (Junior, Hybrid)

To support our growth, we are looking for a B2B Sales Agent who will engage with new business clients in the logistics (trucking) industry, helping them understand our services and develop long-term partnerships with our company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in B2B sales
• Good spoken English (B2+)
• Knowledge of Russian and Romanian languages
• Comfortable making cold calls, sending emails, and reaching out to busy prospects who may not expect your contact but can quickly become interested

Responsibilities

• Engage with new clients: Answer calls, emails, and messages (Instagram/Facebook) from new customers, and explain our services in simple, clear terms. (Full training provided!)
• Monitor client progress: Follow up regularly with new clients by phone or messages, check their readiness to use our services, and schedule meetings with our CEO
• Contact potential clients: Reach out via cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls. (Client database provided)
• Track leads: Keep detailed records for each client
• Complete weekly reports

Work Schedule
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Alternative schedules available if desired: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
