Regional Sales Manager, Moldova

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced RSM to join our team. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region.

Role Overview:
  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region;
  • This role plays a key part in ensuring that sales targets are achieved, brand policies implemented, and operational standards maintained;
  • The RSM leads store teams by example, supports their development;
  • The RSM ensures the consistent delivery of high company standards across both existing stores and new openings within the assigned region;
  • The RSM is also responsible for aligning regional retail execution with HQ strategies and ensuring efficiency, compliance, and productivity in daily operations.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
  • Visit stores regularly to evaluate performance, motivate teams, and propose corrective actions;
  • Take responsibility for achieving commercial targets in the assigned region;
  • Monitor sales results, analyze key performance indicators, and identify improvement areas;
  • Implement trade and commercial policies in the region, ensuring alignment with brand standards;
  • Build and manage a competent and engaged retail team across the region, including new stores to be opened within the assigned area;
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of Store Managers and teams;
  • Set development goals, assess staff performance, and prepare improvement plans;
  • Oversee operational costs, control the regional budget, and ensure efficiency;
  • Ensure high standards in customer service, store image, and visual merchandising;
  • Supervise execution of marketing activities and monitor store readiness for campaigns;
  • Ensure accurate staffing levels and optimize costs in line with company policy;
  • Monitor and analyze inventory and support corrective measures when needed;
  • Coordinate and monitor store openings, closures, and renovation projects;
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, labor law, and internal policies across the region;
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including VM, Marketing, HR, and Logistics, as well as other internal and external partners;
  • Prepare required reports, present data to the management team, and propose solutions;
  • Assign weekly tasks to Store Managers and plan store visit schedules;
  • Participate in local training and company events; represent the company externally when needed;
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with the company’s ethical standards;
  • Performs any other duties assigned by the employer.
Required qualifications and competencies:
  • Approximately 2–5 years of experience in retail management or regional retail operations;
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver commercial results;
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, sales analysis, and operational standards;
  • Communicative English – B2;
  • High cultural awareness and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital sales tools;
  • Valid Category B driver’s license;
  • Availability for frequent business trips.

  • Salary Level: Based on the Grid.
