US Software Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Chișinău. As a Recruiter at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent on the USA market with the goal to fulfill the company's hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop recruitment goals and objectives;
• Develop a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs;
• Write and update job descriptions;
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
• Source passive candidates;
• Interviewing potential candidates;
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions;
• Use a multi-channel approach to recruit.

Requirements:

• Advanced spoken English;
• Proficient verbal and written skills;
• Highly professional interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics;
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
