Responsibilities:

• Development of presentation and training materials covering the application functionality and the Business account;
• Preparation of technical specifications for the IT team based on business requirements;
• Consulting and supporting business clients on the use of the application and personal account;
• Analysis, documentation, and escalation of functional issues through the ticketing system;
• Preparation of reports and data systematization;
• Conducting internal briefings and training employees on system functionality;
• Collaboration with the customer support team on complex cases;
• Participation in cross-departmental projects;
• Active involvement in process optimization and implementation of improvements;
• Supporting technical teams during client integrations;
• Basic understanding of API principles and e-commerce platforms (CMS).

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech / payment systems / banking sector will be an advantage;
• Understanding of payment systems and online integrations;
• Skills in structuring information and preparing documentation;
• Ability to formulate tasks for the IT team;
• Analytical mindset and systematic approach to problem-solving;
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes in simple terms;
• Attention to detail and responsibility;
• Willingness to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment.
