Product Marketing Coordinator (Junior)

Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Product Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning and executing product marketing campaigns, packaging product offers, and coordinating communication channels to achieve planned business results.
Your main goal will be to drive growth of key product metrics such as active users, conversion rate, and revenue.
Important: we consider candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, content marketing, or email/SMS marketing. Many things can be learned on the job — we provide training and support.

What you will do:

• Collect and structure marketing campaign descriptions so each activity has clear goals, terms, and timelines
• Write draft copy for email / push / SMS campaigns and refine it based on feedback
• Use AI tools to speed up the creation of texts and offers
• Prepare simple briefs and task descriptions for the CRM team or designers using predefined templates
• Maintain working spreadsheets with plans, statuses, and results to keep the team aligned on promotions
• Review copy, links, and campaign conditions before handing tasks over for execution
• Track basic campaign metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and record them in reports
• Ensure consistent messaging and wording across different communication channels
• Update task statuses in the task tracker and keep documentation organized

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the marketing funnel and key communication channels (email, SMS, push, website)
• Ability to write clear, simple marketing messages
• Confident use of Google Sheets / Excel (filters, sorting, basic formulas)
• Ability to work with templates and guidelines and maintain structured documentation
• Strong attention to detail (copy, dates, links)
• Good communication skills, responsibility, and ability to meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn quickly and accept feedback
• Language skills: Russian / Romanian B2–C1, English B2–C1

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of CRM systems (campaigns, segments, send schedules)
• Experience working with UTM tags
• Ability to prepare briefs or task descriptions for designers or CRM teams
• Experience participating in recurring promotional campaigns or working in a product company
• Experience using AI tools for copywriting
