Payroll Specialist with Advanced English

The role in a nutshell:
As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient payroll processing for our clients in Switzerland. With responsibility for managing all related work processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' operations and contribute to their success.
 
How you will make a difference:

• Maintaining payroll records: new hires, leavers, transfers, contractual changes etc.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files;
• Managing client enquiries via telephone and email;
• Building and nurturing the relationship we have with the customer and deliver world class service;
• Gathers, analyzes, and summarizes financial information; prepares reports for finance department
• Answers inquiries and provides information; researches and resolves payroll problems and discrepancies

What will give you an advantage:

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or payroll positions
• Fluent English, both written and verbal. French/German would be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and also within a team environment
• Competent PC user of Excel, Word and payroll system(s);
