To provide world class assistance to clients through Skype, email & telephone, as well as monitor and test clients systems.
● Pursuing Bachelor’s degree / Graduate Students / performing in a Master Program in Computer Science or related field;
● Customer orientation and communication skills;
● Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills;
● Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively;
● Technical trouble-shooting ability;
● Ability to handle multiple tasks in a real-time environment;
● Fluent in English;
● Availability to work 4 - 5 days per week, rotating 8 hour shifts schedule | 24*6 shift coverage.
Nice to have:
● Familiarity with Capital Markets;
● Experience in technical support position in a global company;
● Background in Statistics, Informational Technologies.
