Import | Procurement Logistics Manager
Requirements to the candidate:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of IT
- Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English (C1 level)
- Proficient PC user (1C, all Microsoft Office).
Main responsibilities:
- Conducting business correspondence with both current and potential suppliers mainly in English sometimes in Romanian language
- Travel and participation in international exhibitions (Europe, Asia) participation in negotiations both with existing Partners of the Company and with new potential suppliers, including assistance in interpretation if necessary.
- Participation in the search for new suppliers.
- Analysis of cost of goods and calculations for price formation (good command of figures, friendship with mathematics and Exell)
- Formation of orders to suppliers, analysis of the company's stock and delivery terms to avoid "out of stock" situation.
- Verification and preparation of accompanying documents for imports
- Providing the broker with all necessary documents for customs clearance of the cargo
- Coordination and control of conclusion of contracts for freight forwarding services with suppliers of cargo transportation services
- Tracking of cargo location and control of delivery dates
