Medical Representative position for BlBraun

National pharmaceutical distribution company Tetis International Co. is opening a Junior Medical Representative position for BlBraun Hospital Care department based in Chisinau.

Job responsibilities:

  • Represents and promotes portfolio of BlBraun Hospital Care Division within an assigned geographic area
  • Arranges appointments with doctors, hospital staff and pharmacists
  • Prepares and delivers effective presentations to potential customers (doctors, nurses etc.)
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key distribution partners within the territory
  • Assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services responding to customer enquiries; negotiates prices and delivery times within limits of authority
  • Maximizes sales and achieves sales objectives of Hospital Care products utilizing a high standard of product knowledge and professional skills
  • Implements promotional activities related to assigned customer segments
  • Identifies and contacts prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales
  • Monitors purchasing activities, public tenders and hospital projects
  • Represents BlBraun at local conferences and workshops
  • Whenever necessary, undertakes special projects as assigned
  • Maintains accurate customer records
  • Identifies changes in the trend of healthcare, monitors and gathers information on competitive activities

Job requirements:

  • University degree in medical care or pharmaceutics
  • 1-3 years of successful sales experience in healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of the local healthcare market and trends
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively present information to a group of people
  • Language skills: Romanian, Russian languages, English is an advantage
  • Computer skills: MS Office (Outlook, Power Point, Excel)
  • Ready to travel domestically and internationally
  • Driving license category B
