Marketing Manager (Social Media & Web Design Focus)

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager focused on social media marketing who also has a solid understanding of web design and WordPress. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for the USA market in the manufacturing and home services industries. This is a remote position suitable for both freelance and full-time candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.
• Create and manage a marketing calendar and a detailed 12-month action plan.
• Produce and publish high-quality multimedia content, including video and photo editing for social media and digital channels.
• Manage social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn), including posting, content creation, engagement, and analytics.
• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising campaigns and optimize for performance.
• Write and publish blog content on our website to improve SEO and audience engagement.
• Handle email marketing campaigns, from content creation to analytics.
• Maintain and update the company website (WordPress), including bug fixing and landing page creation.
• Design marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and brochures.
• Coordinate and manage third-party agencies, especially for PPC and specialized campaigns.
• Track KPIs and marketing analytics to evaluate campaign success and implement improvements.
• Conduct competitive and market research to inform strategies and content direction.
• Support other marketing-related tasks as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies within the US market.
• Strong skills in video and photo editing, preferably using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) and trends.
• Experience managing paid social media campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in WordPress (design, updates, bug fixing, and landing page creation).
• Excellent content writing and blog publishing skills.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (eg, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
• Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies or freelancers.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
