Marketing Manager (Lead Generation – US Trucking Market)

About the Role

SUPERNOVA Log-Tech is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to fuel our growth in the U.S. trucking market. 
Your mission is simple: bring in qualified leads. We are targeting owner-operators and small fleets looking for dispatch services — and we need someone who knows exactly how to reach them, convert them, and scale what works.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, etc.
• Build and manage full sales funnels — from first click to booked call
• Create and test landing pages optimized for lead conversion
• Run retargeting campaigns to re-engage visitors who did not convert
• Set up and manage lead generation forms across all relevant platforms
• Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture and convert leads
• Grow organic traffic through SEO and relevant content
• Create content for social media — posts, short videos, case studies, and ads
• Track performance across all channels and report on cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
• Continuously test, analyze, and improve everything

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience running paid ads on Google and Meta with real results to show
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead generation strategy
• Experience with landing page tools and basic conversion optimization
• Analytical mindset — you make decisions based on data, not assumptions
• Self-starter who can manage campaigns independently without hand-holding
• Experience in trucking, logistics, or B2B lead generation is a big plus
