Legal Case Manager (Evening Shift, 1200$+)

We support the entire client journey - from attracting potential clients, doing the intake clerical work and assisting the attorneys with administrative tasks throughout the client journey.

Your Role
You'll manage cases end-to-end - from active discovery through settlement. You'll work closely with attorneys as a trusted partner, not just an administrative support function.

What You'll Do

• Support a portfolio of U.S. litigation cases from behind the scene
• Lead discovery management end-to-end — scoping requests, resolving disputes over incomplete or objectionable responses, and advising attorneys on discovery strategy
• Draft substantive litigation documents, including motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements, with minimal attorney revision required
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel on assigned cases, including handling sensitive or escalated communications
• Conduct in-depth procedural and legal research, including on federal/local rules and judges' individual practices, and advise the team on findings

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Experience in the legal field is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
• Research, analytical, and drafting skills, with the ability to produce near-final documents
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven caseload with minimal oversight
• Strong professional communication skills
