The Opportunity: 6-Month Paid Training & Probation

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one. We are looking for potential, hunger, and a drive to learn. We have designed a 6-month fast-track program to transition you from an ambitious beginner into a tech industry professional.

Months 1–3 (The Learning Phase):
Deep dive into our product, our industry, and the unique infrastructure (topology) of our global clients. You will be fully trained by our internal experts.

Months 4–6 (The Specialization Phase):
Hands-on experience. Based on your strengths, personality, and interests, you will specialize in one of the following tracks:

Lead Generation / Business Development
Tech Sales
Account Management & Client Success
Tech Marketing
