Junior Fuel Specialist

In this role you will:

Support daily fuel-related activities and operational processes;
Monitor and analyze fuel-related data, volumes, prices, and performance;
Prepare clear and accurate reports and overviews to support decision-making;
Respond to fuel-related requests and provide practical solutions and recommendations;
Maintain accurate and well-structured fuel information in internal systems;
Support the monitoring of fuel stock, deliveries, usage, and related operational activities;
Work closely with different teams and international colleagues;
Communicate with internal stakeholders and support the coordination of fuel-related activities;
Identify opportunities to improve fuel processes, reporting, and ways of working;
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion;
Continuously learn and develop your knowledge of fuel operations and the business.

Requirements:

Some relevant work experience, internship experience, or a recent degree; entry-level candidates are welcome;
An interest in fuel, energy, logistics, transport, or related operations;
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
A structured and accurate approach to your work;
Good command of English, Russian, both written and spoken;
A willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes.
