We are growing our SSC team in Moldova!

What will you do:
• making transport invoices for customers and business partners in different platforms, as well as resolve any queries regarding invoices
• coordinating the circulation of internal documents related to transport (invoices, transport documents, business correspondence)
• preparing reports (Excel, PowerPoint) commissioned by the supervisor
• recording and verification of incoming and outgoing correspondence
• ensuring efficient communication within the department and outside the organization
• providing information to internal and external partners
• experience in work related to documenting circulation
• good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
• general knowledge of accountancy will be an advantage
• excellent creative problem-solving skills and great patience in dealing with customers
• ability to work in a team
• knowledge of English, enabling free communication
• knowledge of the other languages is an advantage
