International Freight Coordinator

Libra Logistic srl — an international freight carrier company with its own fleet and over 20 years of experience in road freight transportation across Ukraine and Europe markets. We are not an expediting company — we independently organize and execute consolidated cargo shipments.

We invite a motivated professional to join our team for long-term development together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and coordinating international freight shipments using the company's road transport;
• Managing transportation processes from order to delivery, including routing and control;
• Ensuring effective communication with clients, drivers, and partners;
• Handling transport documentation (CMR, T1, transit permits, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Fluent in Romanian, Russian, and English (spoken and written); Italian is an advantage;
• Advanced PC skills and confident use of Microsoft Office;
• At least 2 years of experience in transport and logistics.
