HR Manager (part-time)

We are looking for an HR Manager, who will assist and support management by handling and monitoring HR processes within the company.
- Assist and support management and the leadership by handling HR processes within the company;
- Monitor and assist managers with hiring processes and issues;
- Processing incoming CV’s and carrying on hiring correspondence;
- Create new hire and personnel files;
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files (interview documents, etc.);
- Assist with orientation of new employees;
- Preparing employees assessments and Personal Development Plans;
- Monitoring employees motivation, engagement, and satisfaction;
- Facilitating a friendly atmosphere and culture within the company;
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management;
- 2+ years experience;
- Knowledge of Labor Law;
- English understanding / writing;
- Problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Logical mind;
- Communication skills and teamwork;
Is a plus to know:
- Psychology courses;
