Join our team as a Head of Micro Business Segment and help drive the growth of the micro business segment through product development, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
Your responsibilities:
• Analyze portfolio performance, client needs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and optimize products, services, and client journeys for micro business clients.
• Improve processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor key business indicators and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, marketing, and IT teams to successfully deliver initiatives.
What we are looking for:
• Experience in microfinance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of financial products and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Above average knowledge of English
