Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote CreditPrime's consumer loan products.
• Manage end-to-end marketing projects, from conceptualization to implementation and analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.
• Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of core digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, SMS marketing).
• Experience in managing marketing projects for online and offline campaigns.
• Proficiency in Russian and Romanian languages; English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license (considered a benefit).
