We are looking for a Freight Broker / Logistics Sales Representative

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking
• Develop relationships with shippers and understand their transportation needs
• Prepare freight quotes and negotiate rates with customers and carriers
• Secure new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure reliable service
• Follow up on shipments, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and transportation management systems
• Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth

What We Expect:

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Confidence in cold calling, negotiation, and building customer relationships
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics sales, or the American trucking industry is a plus
• A proactive attitude and motivation to achieve sales goals
• Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
