• You either have SOME studies in finance or law (not necessarily a university degree!), OR some on-the-job experience (or both!:).
• Any level of experience is fine! Recent graduates or students currently pursuing a university degree are welcome. We’ll be happy to work with you if you’re responsible, organized and attentive.

What you'll do

• Help the Chief Financial Officer in their day-to-day work (doing legal and finance research, reading contracts and identifying risks before we sign them, following-up on our service providers to make sure they follow their legal obligations, making reports, writing summaries, etc).
• Do research on various finance & law topics: trademarks, labor laws, taxes in various countries, etc. Example of a possible task: find out the legal requirements and the tax rates for various ways of hiring a person from a new country that we’ve never worked in before (tax rate, legal form, advantages and disadvantages of each option).
• Organize and structure data into clear reports: work in Google Docs, Google Sheets.
• Keep track of important tasks and send reminders if they are forgotten.
• Attend meetings, prepare summaries and meeting notes.

Compensation

• 1000+ USD NET per month (paid to card), negotiable for exceptional candidates
• Full-Time, on site, 5 days a week, 09:00 to 18:00
