About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GDS Travel Expert to join our team and provide technical expertise throughout the business-class flight sales process. This role is suited for a travel professional with strong GDS knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to find the right solutions quickly.
Your Responsibilities
- You will work closely with our sales team to research, build, and adjust flight itineraries based on customer requirements. The role involves finding competitive travel options and providing technical support whenever needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Searching and comparing flight options through GDS and online resources
- Creating suitable and competitive itineraries based on customer needs
- Adjusting flight options according to customer feedback and changing requirements
- Assisting sales agents with GDS-related and airline-specific questions
- Researching fares, schedules, routings, and available market options
- Handling complex itinerary requests and finding suitable alternatives
- Keeping up to date with airline policies, products, and industry developments
What We’re Looking For
- Confident knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Minimum 1 year of relevant travel industry experience (Economy or Business)
- Strong understanding of airlines, international travel, fares, and routing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and industry information quickly
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and commitment to long-term professional growth
