Experienced Dispatcher (Flatbed / Stepdeck / Conestoga)
CG Dispatch is hiring experienced dispatchers with a proven background in flatbed, stepdeck, or conestoga trailer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and dispatch flatbed, stepdeck, and conestoga loads across the U.S.
• Build strong relationships with drivers and brokers
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Negotiate rates and maximize profitability

Requirements:

• Proven experience with flatbed, stepdeck, or conestoga dispatching
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work night shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-00:00.

This job is not suitable for students

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:00 – 00:00 (Moldova time)
