- Negotiate competitive rates with brokers based on the current market;
- Plan and schedule drivers' routes;
- To follow assigned trucks and give instructions to the drivers;
- To solve unexpected issues faced by the drivers and support the drivers with the necessary information;
- Plan, coordinate, and manage loads efficiently and cost-effectively;
- This is to ensure the transport paperwork is correctly received.
- Fluent, conversational English
- Proven experience as a truck dispatcher
- Open-minded
- Long-term worker
- Good user of Microsoft Office
