What we’re looking for
We are looking for a passionate Email Negotiator (Influencer Marketing) with a strong interest in social media (especially Instagram Reels, Tiktok, Youtube Shorts), who can order videos from influencers, negotiate prices for our orders, and manage our collaborations with them (scripts, requirements, etc.). Our goal is to increase our brand visibility worldwide (to spread the word about our mobile apps!)

Your ability to communicate and NEGOTIATE is key to your success in this position!

What you’ll do

Talk to influencers over email, send them collaboration offers from us (to make videos about our apps). Talk only to the influencers who reply and are interested, share our prices and terms, negotiate for the best possible deal for us (price-wise).
Instruct them on how to create good videos for us. Share our briefs (scripts for videos), negotiate delivery times for the videos we order, etc. Ensure that they follow our brand rules. Coordinate the entire process from the first email to the final video we receive from the influencer and anything in between (e.g. feedback, changes they need to make, etc.).
Keep track of your work. Fill out a weekly report with all the videos you managed to order, all the influencers you’ve talked to, etc..
Contribute with your ideas for content types, scripts, hooks, etc at weekly team meetings.

Work Conditions

Earn according to your performance, with no upper limit! Receive a bonus per each video you’ve ordered. Our average salary for experienced team members is upwards of $1,300 - $2,200+ (no cap)

Requirements

Experience in a similar role for at least 6 months (Influencer Marketing).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with influencers
Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work with lots of emails daily in order to deliver the required volume of collaborations
Personality: Attentive to detail, self-organized
English proficiency: B1 minimum, B2+ desired.

Твоя задача - заказывать видео у инфлюенсеров, вести с ними переговоры, согласовывать условия и сопровождать сотрудничество от первого письма до готового видео.

Что ты будешь делать

Общаться с инфлюенсерами по email
Отправлять предложения о сотрудничестве
Работать только с теми, кто заинтересовался и ответил
Обсуждать цены и условия, торговаться в интересах компании
Объяснять требования к видео, делиться брифами и сценариями
Согласовывать сроки, давать фидбек, запрашивать правки
Контролировать весь процесс - от первого письма до финального видео
Вести учёт работы и заполнять еженедельный отчёт
Предлагать идеи для контента, сценариев, хуков на командных встречах

Условия работы

Доход зависит от твоих результатов - без ограничений
Бонус за каждое заказанное видео
Средний доход опытных сотрудников: $1,300 - $2,200+ (и это не предел)

Требования

Опыт в influencer marketing от 6 месяцев
Отличные навыки общения и переговоров
Хорошее понимание соцсетей (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube и др.)
Умение работать с большим объёмом писем
Внимательность, организованность
Английский: B1 минимум, желательно B2+

Будет плюсом

Опыт в создании контента или управлении соцсетями
