Dispatcher with relocation to Poland

Boekestijn Transport Service was started in 1994 in Mill, Netherlands. In those days there were three Boekestijn trucks on the road. By always sticking to our motto that we drive for you and that your wishes are the most important guidelines for the transport, the company has grown into a transport company of international standing in Europe and beyond, having now about 1000 trucks on the roads.

In this role you will:

Collaboration with clients throughout Europe.
Close cooperation with drivers, route planning, and work schedule coordination.
Working within the company's transportation management system.
Coordinating the execution of orders in accordance with procedures.
Optimal transportation planning.
Organizing the activities of assigned trucks.

Requirements:

Fluent spoken English.
Goal-oriented, independent, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize tasks.
(Desirable) Experience in a similar position in the transportation industry and knowledge of drivers' working conditions.
