YOUR ROLE:
You will take the lead in enhancing our buyer personas and market insights. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with different teams and take the lead on strategic campaigns. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute paid media initiatives.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work cross-functionally with different teams and take the lead on strategic campaigns. You will also work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute paid media initiatives.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create, manage, report on, and optimize paid media campaigns, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Ads and PPC;
- Track results of live campaigns, share key learnings, and suggest optimization opportunities;
- Conduct audience research, analysis, and ad testing where required;
- Oversee web development projects and work directly with our website agency;
- Manage the website analytics: configure the accounts/views, ensure proper reporting;
- Manage the SEO: secure a reasonable level of optimization for old and new content. Propose SEO practices to increase the visibility of the website in search engines;
- Oversee data-driven outreach activities alongside our mass mail agency.
- High-level English language skills;
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in paid media, particularly LinkedIn Ads and PPC (essential);
- Demonstrable experience managing and reporting on paid social campaigns;
- Advanced understanding of web and marketing analytics and management tools such as Google Analytics;
- Able to work independently or collaboratively;
- Experience with PPC/SEM;
- Experience working on B2B or SaaS paid media campaigns; (optional).
