
Digital Marketing Manager | SKYWITHCLASS
SKYWITHCLASS is a luxury travel agency providing a tailored approach to each client and their travel needs. Offering a superior level of customer service and catering to their client's preferences and needs, they aim to provide a spectacular experience and the best products, every time.They’re looking for a Travel Agency Marketing Manager to manage and plan all their advertising strategies in order to generate best possible leads.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of annual marketing strategies
- Manage company's online assets (website, CRM)
- Work with IT team to constantly improve the website and CRM in order to generate better conversions
- Choose and manage the best advertising channels to generate best travel leads (Google ads, partner website, social media, newsletters)
- Determine project priority and participate in the creation of marketing collaterals (logo, banners etc)
- Improve existing marketing strategies by tracking KPIs and adjusting departmental processes accordingly
- Create or assign someone to create supporting documentation for
- strategy implementation
- Develop a success-tracking system
- Daily monitor the leads volume and quality
- Develop and send weekly newsletters to our customers
- Project manage freelancers (where needed)
Requirements:
- Experience in the travel industry is an advantage
- Understanding UI/UX to determine what improvements needs to be made for website and crm
- Understand Google Ads (if you can manage its a big advantage)
- Strategical thinking and analytical decision making
- As part of a diverse team, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, great time management and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
